We’re a small team with deep roots in hospitality, teaching, and mentoring. Between us, we’ve seen how much the world of work has changed—and we know how overwhelming it can feel to try to keep up. That’s why we created a place where learning, mentoring, and technology meet in a way that feels human.

Our Strategy
At Pathfinders Campus we guide students and career changers toward clarity and confidence through community connections, and career development, supported by mentoring and AI facilitated learning, Our strategy centres on tiered memberships that provide access to a like-minded community, guided resources, one-on-one mentoring, and learning facilitated through practice with interactive practice tools. By fostering curiosity, confidence, and connection, we help individuals navigate career transitions and development with practical and purpose driven support.
Our service is being offered as a free open source opportunity until June 30, 2026. Members who join Pathfinder Campus until then will have ongoing free access to our resources and services at no charge, and will retain a freemium membership beyond June 30, 2026. From July 1, 2026 we plan to offer a three tier membership to all current and future members. The Freemium Plan will be available at no charge. The Premium Plan will be offered at $100 per month, and the Platinum Plan will be available at $500 per month.
